COLD TREATED 125 DEEP PLUGS •
All the advantages of vernalized perennials - hearty root systems, faster and more consistent first season flowering - in an ample 1 1/8" plug size. These 128 deep plugs are sown in the summer, grown in early fall, and given a minimum cold treatment of 10 weeks (vernalization).

BIG BURLY® •
Our biggest perennial, for fast turns of full, high quality, blooming perennials! Big value in each pot! Big Burly® perennials are ready to sell in just 3 to 8 weeks, due to their deep root systems. They are grown from selected stock plants and graded flats for uniform growth, strong root development and top quality. Vernalized plants, shipped from mid January on, are ready to burst into growth, with earlier, more reliable flowering. Plants may be dormant when shipped; don't worry if the top growth has died back - the roots are strong and healthy. The stage of dormancy depends on ship date and variety.

| Handling: |
5/8" plugs need extra attention until they are transplanted. Water them 1 to 2 times per day, depending on the weather, using a heavy mist or gentle nozzle. For easiest removal of plugs, soak flat and allow to set for 1 hour before removing plugs. Tuberous rooted Begonias are best removed by pushing out from bottom of flat. |
